I agree with using Tylan for occasional control of diarrhea.
My dogs didnt do well on Fortiflora, so I changed to Probiotic Joint for
Dogs by Amazing Nutritionals. I have been giving 1 tablet a day for
maintenance and it has been working well. I have reduced the amount I feed
because they seem to process the food better.
I also give a big spoonful of 100% Pumpkin with each meal to promote
regularity.

reoccurring diarrhea. He has had his stool checked numerous times,and
nothing shows up. He has taken Fortiflora, Zypan to put in the good
bacteria and still comes back. He is on Ivomec for his heartworm and have
also put him on the IBS diet to control it. He will be good for about a
week then back it comes. I have put him on Flagyl to stop it, but he cannot
live on that. I have also changed his food to Science Diet for Sensitive
stomachs and still it comes back.
Any thoughts? Would putting him on raw change it.
