At the Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport, Continental Airlines Pet Cargo is at the terminal, outside bagage pickup. You pick up your bagage and walk out the door and you walk about 30ft and pick up your pet. The only problem I have had is crate size. I attempted to ship a 65 lb bitch in a 500 crate and was told the crate was too small because the dogs ears could touch the top when it sat down. They tried to sell me extenders that added about 4 inches to the height of the crate (additional $100 on a fare that was already $450 ) and I pitched a fit. I thought they were going to have me arrested but finally took the bitch in the 500 crate without the extenders. They do keep the dogs in air-conditioning at all times. The dogs are the last on the plane and first off. Karen Rogers, Windyhills GSD ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2007.
