[ SHOWGSD-L ] another crazy idea

I would like to challenge the regional clubs and individual members who's
finances allow to take out a classified ad in the pet section during the times
of year that a lot of puppies are advertised for sale. The ad could say
something like:
Know before you buy
The German Shepherd Dog Club of America
http://www.gsdca.org
Click on "about GSD's"
That's where the choosing a puppy information is. Who knows, maybe the
information there will steer some people away from back yard breeders, or help
some people to decide that the GSD is not the breed for them. Maybe the need
for rescues could be reduced in the future.
