[ SHOWGSD-L ] airlines for shipping

has anyone used Frontier airlines? Northwest? has anyone run into problems
shipping 14-15 week old puppies and being told that their crate was too small?
I was told a 300 would work, but when I took one of the pups into the pet store
she fit into a 400 better than a 300 (her ears were not quite touching the top
in the 400 but were in the 300) I'm concerned that a 400 is too big for her and
that she will be bumped and jostled around too much!!
