Sutherland is an excellent, quality printer to work with and to my knowledge
is not the problem. Their turnaround time has never ( to my knowledge )
slowed down the Review getting into the mailing system nor has the USPS or
Mailtech (who does the actual mailing for us). Help me understand who is

pointing to Sutherland as the problem?
