Because of the neighbors, I take my dogs out one at a time in the morning
(before 7). This morning, it was -5 degrees (YIKES!). Surprised I didn't
just
break like an icicle, but it really wasn't too bad. O.K., I had on enough
clothing to clothe 3 people. BUT, the funny part was that 2 of the dogs (even
Moxie) did just fine, ran over, did their thing and we went back in the
house. Took Fire out...well, she wasn't thrilled with the cold, but
hot-footed
(cold-footed?..lifting fast and quick) back to the warm garage. Yo?, YO!
ran
out with his usual exuberance, ready to take on the world, ran to his
favorite tree, off to do the perimeter check, and came running back to me,
trying to
get all four feet off the ground at once. He looked at me, like, WHAT DID
YOU DO TO MY GROUND!?????. I laughed, but the laugh dropped off into the
snow hah, hah, by ha ha...... :-)
