You say that like it is a bad thing. I hate it when I file a law suit and
the other side wants to compromise.
In truth, anyone who has dealt with me, knows I want to settle every case
to avoid the expense of legal fees. Most of the time I can do it. But,
sometimes either the client or the other attorney won't compromise, and we
litigate to a judgement.
