It is not just a ramming, charging, all out attack. There is running the blinds, heeling, heeling behind and beside the 'bad guy', a call out from a bark and hold, and several outs at a distance from the handler. So, yes you might call it obedience under heavy distraction. (I'd call it EXTREME distraction.) Beware of schutzhund.
