Updating you all, ( yes, another update - sigh). In the last month or so,
Uptons and the City have been negotiating a settlement. We have no idea what
is in the settlement, of course. But the trial date of November 28 was delayed
by the City for two weeks while they memorialize the agreement…because of the
holiday. Because the next ‘ransom’ is due on the 5th, donations to make that
ransom payment are still needed. (We don’t trust them now, do we?). Even if
Paul Upton gets all his dogs back before that, he will surely need some extra
funds to get the dogs settled again, back to the excellent care they had before
IACC stole them. Please Donate.
