The following link is to a front page article in The Arizona Republic. I will
bet you that you will see breeder control legislation. What I find insulting
here is that the article implies that pets bought from a pet store are the only
ones that are safe to buy. The BYB are all evil money hungry people who abuse
animals. They define a BYB ads a person who sells as few as 3 animals per
year or more.
Arizona please wake up now!!!!!!!
