The SV should be able to support themselves (or get the "parent club" in
Germany to send them $$). I'd sure like to see a breakdown in costs for the
$43K loss that the GSDCA is claiming. Who authorized that expenditure??

membership, but I am sure it dwarfs the GSDCA. It is the German shepherd club
for Europe, and was the foundation of our breed.
They are off on their own. I haven't heard why we are paying so much to put on
their shows. But, I never understood why we paid so much to support the WDA
either.

Now we have a new group to replace them called the SV, (which is much bigger
than the GSDCA, and is based in Germany). Now there is a week show for the SV
before the GSDCA National, and still the GSDCA is called upon to support the
event.
Someone needs to stop the madness. I recognize the need for the total dog, but
then the total dog has to step up and carry some weight. In looking over the
finances, there is a direct loss from the SV events and always has been.
