Thank God the TX state legislature has the sense to only have sessions every
two years! RPOA has again retained former speaker of the house, Gib Lewis, as
our lobbyist for the upcoming session, but that's as far as RPOA's money went.
They need money to pay him. If you are not a member of RPOA please join. The
HSUS and the THNL are busy raising money. Protect your rights as dog owners!
