Yahoo has instituted new rules to prevent the problem that our mail
provider had 2 weeks ago
The problem was caused by people reporting the LIST as sp*m.
Yahoo, now tells the freelists.org sysops who those people are,
and they MUST be blacklisted on the server form all lists hosted at
freelists.org
Accordingly, the person who reported the list as sp*m has been
blacklisted by a program running on the server from all FREELISTS
email lists, including but limited to showgsd-l. THe reporter is no
longer a list member
AOL bans us but does not tell us WHO reported us as sp*m. That
results in a 24-48 hr ban of the list by AOL. It might not even be a
list member who reports us as sp*m.
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANYONE on yahoo who is not
receiving mail from the list until we can clear up this problem as it
will only cause problems at the server level and it is against LIST
RULES TO SEND LIST MAIL TO A NONLIST MEMBER.
