In AKC tracking, there is TD, TDX, and VST (Variable Surface Tracking. If
you get all 3 of those, you earn CT (Champion Tracker). Urban must be
Canadian? or else it is new and I didn't notice it. For AKC tracking, it
is strictly Pass/Fail and one pass gets you the title. However, you do have
to 'certify' prior to attempting to enter a tracking test. To certify is
basically to demonstrate to a judge that you and the dog are capable of
passing.
