I never really got over the disappointment of his ear not standing, but maybe it was a blessing in disguise. I don't think I'd be involved in nearly as much stuff as I am had Strauss's ear stood. He's becoming a therapy dog, we have our first title and are hoping for many more, and most importantly, he's a sound dog and great companion. I gotta tell you though, while I trust Strauss with ANYBODY that is sick or just small...you wouldn't believe the size of this little girl that was so delighted by him! She reminded me of CindyLou Who from The Grinch she was so small. To see her so eager to pet a dog that was TALLER than she was when he stood on all fours just made me smile. She gave him a kiss on the nose before her dad had to pick her up and carry her out of the store. She didn't want to leave the "puppy" and she waved bye bye to Mouse as they left, lol - Jackie ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2006.
