Wait. I'm a bit confuzzled here... (So what else is new?)

Did you mean to say that breeders are required to sign the
breeders' code for your regional club in order to join? Or
were you talking about the PC's breeders' code? Because I
was under the assumption that signing the GSDCA BC is a
totally voluntary thing. Anyone?

In any case, I'd like to think that a club would approve
potential new members based on their dedication to the
breed and desire to learn more and contribute to the club
rather than what color their dogs are. JMO though... <G>
