The description of the "correct coat" that the standard gives, is what
is called a "plush coat". Have you seen any plush coats? I have had
plush coats for over 10 or 15 years. They are not Teddy Bear coats.
AND, they are not new.
Haven't had a long coat in that long or more.
The term "As Flat As Possible" means that and nothing more.
