WOW!
What a day.
In the morning show in San Diego, Sharon Newcomb picked Asgard's
Kierkegaard for Winner's Dog for a five point major and to finish his
championship.
Then on to Best of Winners.
Then in the afternoon show, Bobbi Kindy selected Asgard's Icon for
Winner's Dog for a five point major and to finish his championship, Then on
to
Best of Winners.
We co-own Icon with Pat and Celeste Draper, so it was extra special to not
only see them win Winner's Dog, but then also to win Winner's Bitch for a
four point major on Karizma Kaleef Ava of Cherpa. Having this type of
people for a co-owner makes it more fun as well.
The bonus was watching Summer finish Kirk and putting every point on him.
She is a super-star already, and to finish her first dog she ever showed
is special. She took two points last weekend under Kathy Steen, and then
these five with Sharon to finish him.
Also, this was in front of all of our friends, and that too is special.
