I too know the bitch and the owner. Great examples, both ones.
Bill Basu is difficult to deal with, but the results are worth it. I don't
know about being sent to the car, and I suspect this bitch would do it either
way. But, I suspect Bill is happier having Ed out of his hair, (as opposed to
the other way around that wouldn't work at all), and Ed is happy with the
results.
This will be Ed's second champion, and should be his third.
