President, but let all of us remember that in the absence of the President 
the  VP steps in and runs the meeting.  Thank you Tish for being present and

Gail,
I personally want to thank you for your honest and  candid response.   I'm 
sure many of us can relate to having  major issues turn our lives upside 
down. 
I'm very sorry for your  circumstances that led to these issues.   Which 
leads me to say  my disappointment lies with those board members who did 
not 
perform the  job with which they were elected for, and from your response, 
were 
we on a  ship could be called mutiny.   I hope we all can remember this 
when  
election time comes around.   Again, Gail thank  you.
