Sure, for those who make an entry by fax or snail mail, I would probably
(as stated below) use different colored paper for the premium. We usually
print the judging program in the same color...how COOL is that?????
For those who enter on line, I'm drawing a blank. ANY web site I've ever
used lists shows in chronological order, alphabetically by state. The
person making the entries has multiple opportunities to review before hitting
submit. So if they aren't checking dates, I don't know what to suggest.
Maybe a GREAT BIG notice w/ the advance brochure and for a few months
leading up to the National in the review, lol??????

I'm sorry Kathy, I've been chair for more than a few shows using 3
different supers over the years. I send a copy of what I want the premium to
look like to the super, they send it back to me for approval. If I am doing
back to back shows, and I have, I'll sometimes ask for different color
paper. If there is a screw up (say a wrong number for a hotel, a typo) it's on
me.
