The Red Roof in Springfield is not a "typical" Red Roof.? It is all indoor
entrances, has an indoor pool/spa, breakfast etc.??It is more like a Marriot or
Comfort Suites type set up.??
They are always that price...has nothing to do with the National.??
I believe there is also a lot of grass there and it's close to the Bob Evans
and Cracker Barrell restaurants, about a 1/4 mile from the host Holiday Inn and
about 3-4 miles from the National site.

Boy, that is steep for a Red Roof. I attended my other breed's national this
year in Dallas and we had rooms at a Mariott Suites for $99 per night. That
was
way beyond the qualify of a Red Roof! They're reworking next year's rooms in
York, PA, because the first choice hotel would not give us a good rate!
