Hi All,
We received a recorded message call from Costco yesterday in regards to
Kirkland Signature foods. It stated that this was precautionary recall and the
bags had expiration dates of 12/19/11 thru 1/31/12. It stated if you had bags
with those dates to returned them to the store. They also stated that we would
be receiving letter and for further information go to the Diamond web site.
I was extremely impressed that this recorded message was made to the customers
and made he feel good that they are looking out for their customers.
My husband check our bag and the day is March, so it is fine. We are close
enough to Costco that I usually only buy one bag at a time.
For a while I was thinking of changing with the problems, but have been
feeding Chicken and Rice for about 8 years and have been happy with the
results.Plus after checking out other foods, ingredients and their track
records for very expensive foods I was not impressed.
Now, I will differently stay with this food, as I bet no other companies have
called their customers directly.
