I found a reference that this was passed in May 2009 and was to be voted on
by the delegate body in Sept of 09. If passed there, which I did not look
up) it will not good into effect until July 1, 2010./ And it is at the
option of the show giving club. So if you want it, better tell the clubs.
Most probably will not even know about it.
