That came up awhile back, and we got a bunch of people to "out" the
breeder. He was giving away a GSD pup for some group to auction. He
was arrogant, and didn't much care. A GSD Rescue group alerted us.
So see if you can't find a Lab rescue group to get involved. If not
Lab, some rescue group. Get a local AC to get involved. (THEY
probably would offer a pup from there, though :-( Call some parents
(even a few complaining will make a difference) for them to call the
school.
Call the school and tell them that Many internet auction sites won't
allow dogs to be auctioned (or for sale) on their sites.
