I am a dog show brat and even I wouldn't take a baby or even a short person to most indoor dog shows. That's just too much "in the face" for me. And although most dog people would be able to manage a baby or short people at shows, the stroller rule is for the non-dog people. Also, I have had my ankles run into one too many times and my dog's tails and toes run over one too many times, I see nothing with the "no stroller" rule.
