PETSMART does NOT sell dogs or cats--NEVER has-This is the only reason I 
work there part-time.  Please get your facts straight before belittling all 
pet SUPPLY stores.  We have hamsters, birds, fish--but it's better to go to 
Petsmart than a large department store where the employees have no clue how 
to properly care for such pets.  Petsmart really does put the pets first-the 
dogs that come in are usually treated better and with more respect than us 
employees (seriously!)  I argue with Corporate a lot about our rights, but 
when it comes to the animals, they spare no expense.  I have money 
automatically deducted every week from my paycheck to help homeless animals 
thru Petsmart.  We also give our local Humane Shelters free cage space in 
our store for homeless and foster cats.  We are a smaller store, and we do 
not have dogs, but the Humane Shelter brings 2 or 3 dogs a weekend into our 
store to let them get exposure to people, and many get adopted from there. 
I stated in earlier email that I, years ago, worked in a pet store that sold 
puppies.  I will never again be associated with any pet store that sells 
dogs.
