[ SHOWGSD-L ] Pannus meds-high costs

This is becoming a major problem for all dog owners. I use to get so
frustrated when I would tell one of my grooming clients Fido needs to see
the vet for a teeth cleaning , ear irrigation etc. and 3 months later when I
did the dog again it was still the same way- I realized it was the young
families with children and the retired people on social security that did
not go to the vet- there just was not enough money around to do so with.
The cost of medical care for dogs is going thru the roof just like it is for
people.
What gets me is when I get medicine from the vet it is 95% higher then if I
had been able to get it thru one of the vet catalogs.
