Just to add some information.
The NC Federation Program Chair had made a decision to charge a $5.00 enty  
fee to the forum.
They did not clear this with either Pat Babuin (The Labor Day TarHeel  
Circuit Coordinator) or the Durham KC show chair, who had the show date. The NC 
 
Fair grounds requires that and entry fees be cleared through them, that the  
event contract so state that entry charges are approved and that prenumbered  
tickets be issued and accounted for. The Fairgrounds does not take a cut but  
does 
account for the monies.
Also, the venue format was changed by the Program Chair from presentation  
style and then written Q&A to only Q&A. It was not presented to Dr Holt  nor 
discussed with him. The flyers and notice were just sent into  distribution.
