Just as a matter of interest, the German Shepherd Dog Club of Northern
Virginia is a member of the Virginia Federation of Dog Clubs and
Breeders, so it is possible that some of the other regional clubs are
members of their State organizations, and therefore are (by that
membership) opposing PAWS.
Also, if you live in a State that does not have a Federation or
Coalition, get busy and start one! The time is NOW...
