A given board member does not have to listen or agree, but having the input is worthwhile. When I was on the board, we used to get the agenda two weeks before the meeting. No subjects could be raised unless on the agenda. As I recall, it was required by the bylaws or P&P Manual. It could be e-mailed to the membership, and I would bet Zoe would even allow the List to post it. I know not every member is on the List, but there are enough that if those who are, find out, they can tell anyone else that wants to know.
