When I was on the board, we used to get the agenda two weeks  before the 
meeting. No subjects could be raised unless on the agenda.  As I  recall, it 
was required by the bylaws or P&P Manual.  It could be  e-mailed to the 
membership, and I would bet Zoe would even allow the List to  post it.
 
I know not every member is on the List, but there are enough  that if those 
who are, find out, they can tell anyone else that wants to  know.  That 
would allow our board to know what we think, prior to them  voting.
 
What a novel idea that would be.
