Boy did I get an eye opener today with a $327.00 cell phone bill. Making this GSD related, one of my furkids chewed the antenna on my landline phone and I can't make outgoing calls. No problem, I thought. I'll just use the cell. I called Cingular, thinking there must be a mistake. There wasn't. To their credit, I explained the reason for the increased activity. The Rep reviewed my previous bills and saw that I was telling the truth. He deducted $100 off my bill so I could pay it and increased my minutes since I only have 50 left for Dec. This afternoon I am going to go buy a new landline phone and keep this girl away from it, LOL! Live and learn. I was very impressed with Cingular for helping me out on this.
