I was showing off our new Review to a Border Collie breeder friend and she
asked a good question when looking at the adds, why do they only put OFA
instead of OFA Excellant, Good or Fair?
I answered with,
I would guess because theyre not OFA excellent but they still OFAed.
I thought about it, and I'm not sure if that was the right answer so I thought
I'd ask the list.
