I suggested this years ago, (not a German type evaluation). I suggested
that the judge of the National, judge all the Futurities. In that way we would
all be under the same judge, no one would have to travel to find a good
judge, and then at the National, that judge could pick the best in the
country.
My idea went just as far as my suggestion that the judge be masked, and no
one know who it was. But, if he wanted to, he could leave a silver bullet.
