Neil Sipp lost a very short, but happy fight with cancer last week.
I'm not sure how many people that knew him are still around.
I believe he started in dogs in the early 60's.
He never really made a "name' for himself in the world, But I bet the the
people who will never forget him.
Anyway he's gone.
I knew him for over 30 years, I haven't talk to him in 4.
I regret that.
Do yourself a favor. Call a old friend.
