I've used Mitox in the past. I would mix a small amount and apply it to the
lesion with a cotton ball. I never used it as a total body dip. It always
worked wonders. Haven't had a problem in many years.

Have a young import GSD rescue dog with Mange on her face.
Years ago I had a vet who is now retired mix Ivomec with something, don't
emember if it was DMSO or an oil to put just on the spots and it worked
reat (better than Goodwinol).
Hate to put her on the daily dose of Ivomec if I can avoid it.
