Thanks to friends such as Patty and Gary, Lew and Patti, Kris and Frank Ken
and Patty and so many others, I was able to get to this point. I loved the
cards, plants balloons and well wishes. I know they helped. The night before
surgery I got a call from Ed Barrit, and another from Cappy. It all means a
great deal to me.
