Whatever the treasurer and our leaders decided to make it.
It is frustrating being told we are not smart enough or responsible enough
to know what the board is doing with our money.
On the other hand, I don't know what the Federal Government is doing with
my taxes either. The difference is that I can look it up. I won't
understand it, but I can see the figures.
