Thank you, Peggy. Michel sent me the url for the text of the House Defense
Budget, and I found the Senate one. The two amendments are almost identical,
so that portion of the Defense Budget shouldn't be a problem. There are other
issues (Contractors, etc.).
Just like to have verification as we have all been burned by instant
communication being wishful thinking!
