[ SHOWGSD-L ] Merry Christmas

Yesterday, due to the work schedules of the younger ones, my family had it's
annual Christmas Meet!! The house was packed!! I guess you could blame my
folks for the confusion...after all, it was ALL THEIR FAULT! LOL Four kids,
eight grand kids, four great grand kids [two of them brand spankin' new],
various sponses, inlaws, and a few outlaws, made for quite a day. Add to that
my dad's only sister and her kids and grands and it was the normal controlled
chaos that typifies our family get togethers!! Oh, and one CAT for the
youngsters to torment, while he tried to steal turkey from various plates!!!
We've been blessed this year with health, happiness, light and love and a new
generation. We have one still in Irac but he survived his first year-long tour
and after a short hiatus, just a couple of months, has begun his second. If
love can protect him, he'll be home again for next Christmas.
Here's wishing you and yours all the simple pleasures life can bring - family,
love, laughter, and DOGS!!!
