I agree with Mary. We would like to know, but we don't really NEED to  know.  
From a financial stand, just take a look at the financial report at  the end 
of the year.

For those who need to know, these are the facts:  The board make a  mistake, 
then they corrected such.
AH is not a member.  The dog world has watched and many clubs have  made 
corrections to not find themselves in this position.

I don't believe there should've been any closed sessions, but I was not  
making those decisions. Maybe that is one of the things that need to be  
addressed 
when and if we change some of the clubs bylaws and rules.

While I would like to know the details, it is a fact that the BOD cant  
share, so lets move on.

I am very disappointed with this whole debacle.  But I am not putting  any 
more energy into this.

I got a dog to train, and that's what I am concentrating on.  We got  
elections coming up, let your ballot do your talking.  I know I will.
