JMO, This will probably be appealed, HSUS is footing a lot of the bill. But
we NEED some of the positive court decision. Now on to L.A. and FL!!!!

WHAS11 News has learned that the controversial new dog ordinance has been
struck down by Judge Martin McDonald, a Jefferson Circuit Court judge. Signed
into law in January of 2007, the ordinance increased license fees for dangerous
and potentially dangerous dogs significantly.
The decision was based on a lawsuit that had been file by cat clubs, kennel
clubs, veterinarians and sportsmen who challenged the constitutionality of the
ordinance.
