STEPS TO PAY FOR A REVIEW FOR A LIFETIME MEMBER USING A CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL
Start by clicking on this link which will take you directly to the right place

Choose how you want your Review delivered (US Regular Delivery, PolyBag,
Envelope or Outside the US) by clicking the little circle to the left of the
option.
After you’ve made your delivery selection, click on the yellow button marked
‘Add to Cart’. There will be a popup box that give you the option to keep
shopping or to “Check Out”. Click on the “Check Out” button.
Then click on the gold box that has “Proceed to Checkout” on it.
Fill in your Billing information and when you are done with that, click on COPY
BILLING TO SHIPPING (this is located directly under your email address).
Select “Credit Card” under the Payment Information and fill in your credit card
information.
Click on the gold box with “Place Order” on it. You should be done.
