I remember a show years ago, when the judge was doing a particularly
terrible job. We were all bitching and moaning about what she was doing, when
in the
open class she put up a dog owned by one of us, Memo Alderetti. Without
missing a beat, he turned to us and said; "Thank God she got her eye back just
in
time."
I remember that line every time I win under a terrible judge. It is better
to win under a bad judge, than to lose under a good one.
But, I never offer to give the points back.
