The bad news is that they are going to have her stay in the nursing home 6 more weeks She is allowed to put 50 pounds of weight on her leg for the next 2 weeks, then they xray and see how it looks. They up it to 100 pounds of weight for the next 2 weeks if it looks good. After that she goes to 150 pounds of weight and if it continues to heal she will be allowed to go home. She needs more cards and letters Theis has been home sick with a sore throat and not allowed to visit her. Ann sounded good and was very happy to see that the hip was starting to heal.
