Please help me here. To request not to be "mentioned in a negative post" is
not the same thing as asking to be removed from a recommendation list. As it
is against your convictions to be included in sites that denounce others by
name why not ask for the removal of your name? Also what does asking for the
removal of your name have to do with Lew? You may not be able to force
someone to honor your request, but you as an attorney would know better than
most of us. Would you or someone else in that position have legal recourse if
they objected to the use of their name in such circumstances? I would be
interested to know.
