We had signed contracts in Del Mar. They demanded we change  the contracts.
I offered to force them to follow the contracts, but at  that time whoever
was in charge, agreed to the changes and we paid extra over  the agreed
costs.  I don't think it was Deb, but might have been  Kathy.  I just remember
that my offer of help was turned  down.

I understand they had announced Reno without signed contracts,  so they
just never agreed to sign what was requested.  It should have been  contracted
prior to any decision being told to the membership.,

The board has legal help now.  They listen to their  attorney I must assume.

The current problem is some board members feel it is better to  work in
secret.  Some club members do not agree.

bookings.  No last minute surprises or disappointments  other than the problem
with the Calif site and we ended up in Daytona.  Can't remember the issue......
