To the best of my recollection it will be an up or down vote either by
mailed in ballot or telephone or possibly via email.
As I also recall it must all be completed in August based on the time line
Ginny laid out.
Other Board members can validate the above.

Gee Susan I missed this the first time round. Did any one else at the board
meeting hear this? Is it true there is going to be a phone vote?- Guess we
need to ask some board members to varify this
