Since you sent this to me AND to the list, I don't mind answering...I
don't have any idea who said that about Albany, if anyone did...but if
you are reading the list, you probably saw the posts saying that the
Board is going to approve this NIS no matter how stinky it is...and it
is. Sorry, Lanalee...but it sucks.
It just seems so much like what the AKC has done with PAWS...and
(excuse the vulgarity) but it sure sounds a whole lot like getting
screwed without getting kissed. :-(
