If you live in or near Philly and can do a quick home check for a rescue that
has an approved app on an adoption, please contact Carla at
adopt@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx This should not take more than 20 mins of your time.
The other references checked out fine...just need to have someone physically
SEE where they live.
